Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping at hersessential.com. We sell digital goods (PDFs, guides). Please read this policy to understand when refunds or cancellations may be available.

1) Nature of Digital Products

All products are delivered instantly via download link and/or email after successful payment. As digital content cannot be “returned,” we generally do not offer refunds once access is granted.

2) No-Refund Cases

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Purchased by mistake but downloaded/accessed
  • Inability to use the file due to device/software issues on your end (we will assist with guidance)

3) Eligible Refunds (Exceptions)

We may issue a refund in these limited cases:

  • Duplicate payment/accidental double charge
  • Wrong product delivered (you received a different file than purchased)
  • Corrupt or inaccessible file and we cannot provide a working replacement within 72 hours
  • Failed download link that remains unresolved after our support assistance

4) How to Request a Refund

Email oliverharperr2024@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase with:

  • Order ID and date
  • Payment reference/last 4 digits
  • Description of the issue (screenshots if possible)

We respond within 48 hours. If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (bank/processor timelines may vary).

5) Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once the download link has been issued. If you have not accessed the file and contact us immediately, we will review on a case-by-case basis.

6) Chargebacks

Please contact us first to resolve any issue. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account restrictions and denial of future purchases.

7) Delivery Issues

If you did not receive the download link, check your spam/junk folder and verify your email address. Contact support for a re-send.
